Let us know why you are canceling and you will get a full refund for either annual or monthly accounts. If our service doesn't work out for you we want you to go away saying nice things about us, so we just give a refund.

For all cancellations, we require that you call us at 800-456-3118 to receive a cancellation number. Do not consider your service properly cancelled until you receive a valid cancellation number. Cancellations received by any other means cannot be processed. After your initial 30 days, refunds will not be issued for monthly accounts. Annual account refunds are pro-rated at a rate of $6.95 (standard) or $9.95 (accelerated) times the number of months or partial months used.
