Nothing happens once I get connected to BasicISP.Net. Why?

Once you have established a connection with BasicISP.Net, you can then open up your web browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape) or email program (Outlook Express). Since no special software is installed with BasicISP.Net, no programs will automatically load upon connection.
