I have an older computer with Windows 3.1. Can I still Use BasicISP.Net?

Although we do not recommend it, properly set up, Microsoft Windows 3.1 can access the Internet through BasicISP.Net. However, setup is complicated and Microsoft no longer provides support for this older operating system. Likewise, BasicISP.Net does not provide technical support for Windows 3.1. Your best bet is to upgrade to a newer computer.
