Email Tech Support - Eudora 6 for Macintosh

1) In the Personalities pane, select your BasicISP.net account.

Click the Edit button.

2) The Settings window will appear.

Verify that the server information is correct:

Personality Name: your email address.

Username: the first part of your email address (before @)..
Mail Server: mail.basicisp.net

Real Name: Your name.
SMTP: mail.basicisp.net

NOTE: FOR ALL OTHER DIAL-UP COMPANIES, THE USERNAME NEEDS TO BE THE FULL EMAIL ADDRESS (EXAMPLE@COMPANY.COM)

Make sure that Allow Authorization is checked.
