Email Tech Support - Eudora 4 for Macintosh

1) Click on the Special menu, and then select Settings.

The Settings window will appear.

2) In the Settings window, select your BasicISP.net Personality in the Personality field.  

3) Verify that all the server settings are correct:

Personality Name: your email address .

Username: the first part of your email address (before @).
Mail server: mail.basicisp.net

Real Name: Your name
SMTP server: mail.basicisp.net.

NOTE: FOR ALL OTHER DIAL-UP COMPANIES, THE USERNAME NEEDS TO BE THE FULL EMAIL ADDRESS (EXAMPLE@COMPANY.COM)

Make sure that Allow Authorization is checked.
