1) Click Tools -> E-Mail Accounts

2) Click Add.

3) Select POP3.

Click Next.

4) Enter your personal and Basic ISP information as follows:

Name: Your name.
Email:youraddress@basicisp.net
Incoming: mail.basicisp.net
Outcoming: mail.basicisp.net 
Username: the first part of your email address, before @.

NOTE: FOR ALL OTHER DIAL-UP COMPANIES, THE USERNAME NEEDS TO BE THE FULL EMAIL ADDRESS (EXAMPLE@COMPANY.COM)

Now click the More Settings button.

5) Go to the Outgoing Server tab.  Put a checkmark in My outgoing server requires authentication.

Click OK.

6) You are now back to the previous window.

Click Next.

7) Click Finish

8) In the Accounts window, click Finish to return to the inbox and check your email.
